Tessora Bliss Privacy Policy

Tessora Bliss is a block puzzle game for iOS developed by Tanveer Hussain. This policy explains, in plain language, how the app and this website handle information.

• It does not collect or transmit personal data to the developer or anyone else.
• It does not sell or share personal data, and it does not track you.
• It contains no ads, no analytics or tracking SDKs, no accounts and no in-app purchases.
• It has no developer server, networking or cloud sync.
• It does not request access to your location, camera, microphone or contacts.

To save your progress, the app stores game data locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults/AppStorage. This includes saved boards, tray pieces, scores, challenge level, undo history, a separate saved session for each mode, and local records such as best score, games started, longest streak and most lines in a run.

This data stays on your device and is not sent to the developer.

Deleting the app normally removes its locally stored data, subject to standard iOS backup and restore behavior, which is controlled by your device settings rather than the app.

Starting a new game replaces the saved session for that mode, but it does not erase all of your records.

If you choose to email support, your email address, message and any attachments you send are received and handled through the email service so the developer can respond. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your messages.

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian with concerns may contact the developer using the email below.

This public support and privacy website is separate from the app. It is hosted on Lovable, and the hosting infrastructure may process standard technical request information, such as IP address and browser details, to deliver the site and keep it secure. This website has no forms, accounts or analytics integrations of its own. The privacy policies of the third-party hosting and email providers apply to their services.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
